To make improvements to the intersections along NC Hwy 53 through the downtown corridor.

This project proposes to:

Widen the turning radius at the intersection of E Bridgers St/N Walker St.

Widen the turning radius at E Wilmington St/N Walker St.

Install signal light at Wright St/E Wilmington St intersection.

Replace signal light at E Wilmington St/N Walker St.

Perform additional streetscape improvements.
